Padel Score Tracker stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Match Scores: Points, games, and sets for current and historical matches
• Team/Player Names: Custom names you enter for teams or players (stored locally only)
• Match History: Completed match results and timestamps
• Match Duration: How long each match lasted

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT do:

• We do NOT require user registration or accounts
• We do NOT collect personal information (email, phone number, real names)

4. How the App Works

Padel Score Tracker operates entirely on your device:

• All score tracking and calculations happen locally on your device
• Padel scoring rules (points, games, sets, deuce, advantage, tiebreaks) are processed entirely on-device
• Match history is stored in local device storage
• The app works completely offline with no internet connection required
• Match result sharing creates images locally that you can share through your device's standard sharing functionality
• No data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party servers

5. Third-Party Services

Padel Score Tracker currently uses minimal third-party services:

• Expo/React Native: The framework used to build the app. No data is transmitted to Expo servers in production builds.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The respective platform's privacy policy and terms of service apply to the download and installation process.

Future Services: We may integrate analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party services in future versions. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified through an app update.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists until you delete the app
• No server-side storage exists
• No backups are made to developer-controlled servers
• iCloud/Google backup behavior is controlled by your device settings

To delete all app data:

• Simply uninstall the app from your device

There is no data stored on our servers to delete because we never collect any data in the first place.

7. Children's Privacy

Padel Score Tracker is not directed at children under 13. However, since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, there is no risk of collecting children's data. The app is safe for all ages to use as a simple score tracking tool.

8. International Users

Since we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data:

• GDPR (EU): No personal data processing occurs. All data remains on your device under your control.
• CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information because we do not collect any.
• Other Jurisdictions: No data transfers occur because all data stays on your device.

• We make no guarantee of continued service availability

• No refunds will be provided upon service discontinuation except where required by law
