Welcome to Squash Score Pro, a mobile application developed by Storq Labs BV ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Squash Score Pro stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Match History: Player names, scores, timestamps, and match duration
• User Preferences: Default scoring format (PAR-11 or Traditional-9), haptic feedback settings, high-contrast mode preference

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT do:

• We do NOT require user registration or accounts
• We do NOT collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do NOT use analytics or tracking services
• We do NOT display advertisements
• We do NOT share data with third parties
• We do NOT sync data to cloud servers
• We do NOT access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location
• We do NOT access your photos or media library
• We do NOT collect health or fitness data
• We do NOT use cookies or web tracking
• We do NOT collect device identifiers for tracking purposes
• We do NOT collect advertising identifiers
• We do NOT store any data on external servers
• We do NOT use crash reporting SDKs
• We do NOT use any third-party analytics SDKs (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

4. How the App Works

Squash Score Pro operates entirely on your device:

• All score tracking and calculations happen locally on your device
• Match history is stored in local device storage
• Shareable match result cards are generated locally and shared via the native share functionality
• Haptic feedback is used for tactile confirmation when scoring points
• No data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party servers

5. Third-Party Services

Squash Score Pro v1.0 uses no third-party services. We have intentionally avoided integrating any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The respective platform's privacy policy and terms of service apply to the download and installation process:

Future versions: We reserve the right to integrate third-party services in future app versions. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy before implementation.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists until you delete the app or clear app data
• No server-side storage exists
• No backups are made to developer-controlled servers
• iCloud/Google backup behavior is controlled by your device settings

To delete all app data:

• iOS: Uninstall the app from your device, or go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Squash Score Pro → Delete App
• Android: Uninstall the app, or go to Settings → Apps → Squash Score Pro → Clear Data

There is no data stored on our servers to delete because we never collect any data in the first place.

7. Children's Privacy

Squash Score Pro is intended for adult squash players aged 18 and over. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, there is no risk of collecting children's data. However, if you believe a child has used the app, please note that all data remains local to the device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

8. International Users

Squash Score Pro is available worldwide. Since we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data:

• GDPR (EU/EEA): No personal data processing occurs. All data remains on your device under your control in your jurisdiction.
• CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information because we do not collect any.
• UK Data Protection Act: No personal data is processed or transferred.
• Australian Privacy Act: No personal information is collected or handled.

9. Your Rights

Because all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you have complete control:

• Right to Access: Your data is already accessible to you within the app
• Right to Deletion: Delete your data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data
• Right to Portability: Share match results using the built-in share feature
• Right to Rectification: Edit or delete matches directly in the app

We cannot fulfill data access requests because we simply do not have access to your data.

10. Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device-level encryption. Since no data is transmitted over the internet, there is no risk of interception during transmission. We recommend keeping your device software updated and using appropriate security measures (passcode, biometrics) to protect your device.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and communicated via app update notes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Service Availability & Discontinuation

By using Squash Score Pro, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may discontinue the App at any time without prior notice
• We make no guarantee of continued service availability
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at our sole discretion
• We are under no obligation to maintain, update, or support the App
• You should not rely on the continued availability of this App
